The HNMAA shall ensure the initial and ongoing training and further training of its staff to enable them to perform the tasks assigned to them.
The initial training of the HNMAA staff aims to:
- Familiarisation with the European Military Airworthiness Requirements (EMAR), in order to acquire a comprehensive view of the current European regulatory framework, which constitutes the basis for the drafting of the Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulations (ELMAR).
- To provide information on the requirements and procedures of the ELMAR and other internal procedures of the HNMAA.
The subsequent training of HNMAA staff is ensured through the attendance of targeted seminars, which are conducted by academic institutions and other economic operators in Greece and abroad.
Of particular importance for the HNMAA is also the information of the Hellenic Armed Forces personnel and the domestic aerospace industry on issues related to the legal and regulatory framework for the airworthiness of military aircraft, as well as the operation of the HNMAA.
In this context, HNMAA organises seminars and workshops. For more information on the planning of upcoming seminars and workshops, please refer to the ESAA News.
