Maintenance Training Organisations (MTOs) are responsible for the training of maintenance staff for an aeronautical product, part or appliance, are subject to certification and are approved by the HNMAA.
The HNMAA approves the Maintenance Training Organisations (MTOs) by conducting audits and assessments to determine their compliance with the requirements set out in the Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) 147 (under development).
