Staff performing maintenance work on aeronautical products, components and devices, as well as those responsible for their release after maintenance work, are required, according to article 6 of the Presidential Decree 85/2020 (Government Gazette A’198), to hold a Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence (MAML) issued by the HNMAA.
The HNMAA issues a Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence (MAML) to staff who have successfully completed a theoretical and practical training programme, in accordance with the Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) 66, at a Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) 147 approved Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO). ELMAR 66 and ELMAR 147 are currently under development.

Special fees
