The ELMARs are administrative delegated acts issued by the HNMAA in accordance with article 9 of the Presidential Decree 85/2020 (Government Gazette A’198), in order to specify a high and uniform level of safety and a uniform way of compliance with the basic airworthiness requirements for the military aeronautical products, parts and non installed equipment.
