The Airworthiness Directives constitute administrative delegated acts issued or adopted by the HNMAA in accordance with the Presidential Degree 85/2020 (Government Gazette A’198) and the ELMARs, which mandate the actions to be performed on aeronautical products, parts and non-installed equipment to restore an acceptable level of safety, when evidence show that it may otherwise be compromised.
