The Airworthiness Circulars constitute non-binding acts of an advisory / interpretative nature, which are issued by the HNMAA and do not introduce regulatory arrangements.

The following are issued in the form of circulars:

• General Circulars (AWC)
• Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) – Guidance Material (GM)
• Certification Specifications
