Airworthiness Statutory and Regulatory Framework of Military Aircraft – Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) 21 “Certification of Military Aircraft and Related Products, Parts and Appliances, and Design and Production Organisations” – Publication

On the 29th October 2025 was published in the Government Gazette (FEK Β′ 5732) the decision of the HNMAA Commander which approves the Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) 21.

ELMAR 21 establishes the technical requirements and evaluation procedures for the design, production and certification of military aeronautical products, including UAS, components and appliances, as well as the requirements applicable for the organisations which provide services in this context.
