Airworthiness Statutory and Regulatory Framework of Military Aircraft – Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) Μ “Continuing Airworthiness” – Public Consultation

On the 7th of November 2025 initiated the public consultation period on the draft of Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) M.
ELMAR M establishes the requirements and procedures for continuing airworthiness, which concern Operating Organisations and regulate their relationship with Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations (CAMO) and Maintenance Organisations of aeronautical products, components and appliances.

The public consultation period expires on the 21st of November 2025.
