Airworthiness Statutory and Regulatory Framework of Military Aircraft – Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) 66 “Aircraft Maintenance Licensing” & Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) 147 “Aircraft Maintenance Training Organisations – Public Consultation

On the 19th September 2025 initiated the public consultation period on the drafts of Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulations (ELMAR) 66 and ELMAR 147.

ELMAR 66 and ELMAR 147 establish the technical requirements and procedures governing respectively, the licensing of certifying staff for releasing to service aeronautical products, including UAS, components or appliances, as well as the approval of organisations training the aforementioned staff.

The public consultation period expires on the 3rd October 2025.
