Airworthiness Statutory and Regulatory Framework of Military Aircraft – Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) 21 “Certification of Military Aircraft and Related Products, Parts and Appliances, and Design and Production Organisations” – Public Consultation

On 25 July 2025 initiated the public consultation period on the draft Hellenic Military Airworthiness Regulation (ELMAR) 21.

ELMAR 21 establishes the technical requirements and evaluation procedures for the design, production and certification of military aeronautical products, including UAS, components and appliances, as well as the requirements applicable for the organisations which provide services in this context.

The public consultation period expires on 8 August 2025.
