HNMAA issued on the 30th of July 2024 the order F.073/957593/D.308, which notified the regulated community (Organisations of the Armed Forces and Business Associations of Economic Operators) regarding the initiation of the consultation period for the draft ELMAR 21 – “Certification of Military Aircraft and Related Products, Parts and Appliances, and Design and Production Organisations”.
The consultation period shall expiry on the 11th of October 2024. The Authority is planning to conduct a workshop in the middle of September 2024, at which time the regulated community will be informed for the draft ELMAR 21.
